Terms and conditions of service

Purpose

These terms govern the pickup, delivery and payment collection services provided by Livreson SARL on behalf of its customers.

Accepted parcels

Parcels must be properly packed and come with a delivery note. Illegal or dangerous goods are refused.

Payment collection and payouts

Amounts collected on delivery are paid to the customer at the agreed frequency, minus the delivery and return fees shown on the statement.

Returns

A parcel that cannot be delivered after several attempts is returned to the sender and a return fee is charged.
