Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid for delivered parcels?
The amounts collected are grouped in a statement and paid out every week (or on request), minus delivery fees.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
The courier records the reason and the parcel is rescheduled for a new date. After several failed attempts, it is returned to you.
Do you deliver outside Greater Tunis?
Yes: our branches cover Greater Tunis and the Sahel, and our partners deliver to the rest of the country with the same tracking.
Can the recipient open the parcel?
You decide, parcel by parcel: the option is printed on the delivery note.
