Privacy policy

We process the personal data needed to deliver parcels (the recipient's name, phone number and address) and to manage our partners' accounts, in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.

Data collected

• Recipients' contact details provided by the sending shops;
• Contact details of shops and their users;
• Delivery and payment collection history.

Retention period

Delivery data is kept for the legal retention period of accounting records.
